About Sinead
Sinead began her conveyancing career in 2013 at a London firm, focusing on developer plot sales. After welcoming her first daughter, Sinead transitioned to a local firm specializing in residential conveyancing. In October 2018, she joined Cook Taylor Woodhouse, bringing her expertise to the team.
With extensive experience in a wide range of property transactions—including domestic freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and property transfers—Sinead is well-versed in the complexities of conveyancing. She regularly undertakes professional training to stay current with evolving property laws. Sinead is known for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, thanks to her approachable and friendly manner. She is dedicated to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Sinead enjoys spending time with her young daughter, especially at ballet lessons, and values social activities with friends and family.
