Conveyancing

Often it is necessary to deal with one or more residential properties during the course of the probate administration.

Usually residential properties are dealt with in one of two ways:

  • The property may, under the terms of the will, need to be transferred to the name of a specific person. If this is the case we will deal with the transfer of the title at no extra charge;

Or

  • If the property needs to be sold we will be able to deal with all the conveyancing work inhouse from start to finish for an extremely competitive fee depending on the price of the property and whether it is freehold or leasehold.

The conveyancer dealing with the sale of the residential property will be based in the same office as the probate department to enable their conveyancing work to be integrated seamlessly with the administration of the estate.

Our free case tracking service is also supplied to you for any conveyancing work we do on your behalf.
