COVID-19 – UPTODATE NOTICE TO CLIENTS

On Government advice for only essential staff to go to work the company has had to place most of its staff on the job retention scheme leaving a specialist team processing all current files centrally from the Dartford office for all 4 of our offices focusing on the essential files in the following order

The centralised team will be dealing with the following files in priority order

  1. Files that have already exchanged with completion dates in the future
  2. Files that have a work towards date for completion.
  3. Properties that are vacant
  4. Files where a mortgage offer has been issued or the purchase is Cash
  5. All other files however for purchase files we will need an offer letter to fast track the file due to the lenders new restrictions on lending.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we are of course doing our outmost to minimise the disruption to our clients.
