Cook Taylor Woodhouse breaks into the top 10 largest conveyancing providers for February 2015

Data released by the Land Registry has revealed that Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors were the 9th largest conveyancer on volume of transactions for value in the month of February 2015*.

This good news comes after another record number of new client instructions for CTW for the month of March. This leads us to believe that the property market in South East London and Kent is in a very healthy position heading into the traditionally busy months of April, May and June for property sales.

Speaking of Cook Taylor Woodhouse continued growth and success, Director Martin Bowers said, “CTW continues to grow whilst maintaining its core values of good customer service from a local solicitor at competitive legal fees. We have continued to invest in ensuring we employ only the highest quality staff to provide the service our clients demand and have seen positive customer feedback from the thousands of satisfied customers we move each year whether they are buying or selling a house or flat or shared ownership property”.

Looking ahead, Martin continues “Our latest office just outside Maidstone continues to expand creating more jobs for the local community and we expect to see 2015 being a good time to move with low interest rates, the positive reduction in Stamp Duty Land Tax and a steady demand to own your own home in what we think is a stable housing market.

With whoever forms the new government in May likely to be to be keen to see the housing market continue to grow and support local firms in continuing to create jobs for the local community, now is a good time to move”.
