Storing a Will

The safekeeping and storage of your Will is extremely important because if your Will is destroyed or lost then it cannot be put into effect and your estate may be divided as if you had left no Will.  This could produce severe hardship to your surviving friends and family.

It is essential that as well as ensuring that your Will is safely and securely stored that you also advise the executors of your Will and, preferably, other friends and family of its location.  In this way the whereabouts of your Will will be known when you die.

We provide a FREE secure storage service for all our Wills clients.  Your Will will be stored in a individual storage envelope in a fireproof safe and will not be released to anyone other than yourself until your death.  Again we stress that this service is entirely FREE of charge no matter how long your Will is stored with us.
