We are determined to be upfront, honest and transparent about our fees. To give you absolute reassurance, we make the following promises:
We Will –
- Give you a fixed price quotation at our initial meeting or consultation
- Not make any charge for our initial consultation whether or not you proceed with our quotation
- Stick to our quotation
- Provide you with full and clear accounts showing all the financial dealings of the estate
We Will Not –
- Charge any hidden extras
- Take any payments of our fees until the administration of the estate is complete
- Pay or receive any hidden commission or introduction fee to any third party
- Sub contract any of our work to any other firm or organisation
- Give details of the estate or beneficiaries to any other organisation
