• Not make any charge for our initial consultation whether or not you proceed with our quotation
• Stick to our quotation
• Provide you with full and clear accounts showing all the financial dealings of the estate

We Will Not –

• Charge any hidden extras
• Take any payments of our fees until the administration of the estate is complete
• Pay or receive any hidden commission or introduction fee to any third party
• Sub contract any of our work to any other firm or organisation
• Give details of the estate or beneficiaries to any other organisation
